In the cellar
Louisvale’s signature wine. This ultra-premium Chardonnay has been matured in the finest French Oak.
In the vineyard
Grapes are carefully hand picked from Louisvale's top Chardonnay blocks early in the morning. They are placed in the cold room at 8 degrees celcius overnight, before being processed in the cellar. Our Chardonnay vines are planted on Oakleaf soils. Warm days followed by cool nights with a breeze coming from the ocean allows slow and consistent ripening of our Chardonnay grapes.
